Hi, there! My flatmate is going on an Auslandssemester and will be away from February 10th to June 15-20th. He’s looking to sublet his room during this time.

The room is in Potsdam, in the Golm area, and the rent is €300 per month. The apartment is part of the „Wohnung für Hilfe“ program, so the hosts ask that you spend 3 hours a week walking their dog. The hosts live on the ground floor, while I live upstairs with my flatmate. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a cozy room with new furniture, and a big balcony connected to the kitchen.
