With the workshop we want to ask questions on how might we change the public transport experience, how do we change a retail experience, what does an autonomous driving experience feel like and what new trends will have an impact on our society. At frog we help our clients digitally transform their businesses by identifying emerging technologies, new services in order to fully realize their potential.

Students will be asked to do research and look into upcoming trends and services for 2017 and beyond. These ideas will be evaluated and taken further within the class by beginning to develop hypotheses as a way to deliberately ask “what if” questions that enable the students to break through traditional boundaries. During this ideation and conception workshop, the students will learn to create personas, how to use a costumer journey map and come up with initial concepts they might develop further during their upcoming winter semester.
