We will take your (fictional) business idea and transform it into a compelling and marketable business concept, ensuring its economic viability. Throughout this process, we will delve into the essence of entrepreneurial spirit. Key components will include the following: value proposition, entrepreneurial skills, market analysis, marketing mix, organization strategy, milestones, SWOT, calculating turnover, liquidity needs and profitability.
