Motivation + Concept

Letztes Semester habe ich für einen Kurs einige Interviews mit etablierten Designern geführt und hatte die Möglichkeit, nach Praktika zu fragen. Ich habe so viel gelernt und fühlte mich danach sehr motiviert, mich zu verbessern. In diesem Projekt möchte ich diese Recherche vertiefen und eine Publikation erstellen, die ich mit meinen Kommilitonen und allen, die auf der Suche nach einem Praktikum sind oder sich selbst verbessern wollen, teilen kann. Besonders gut gefallen mir das Interview-/Gesprächsformat und das Erzählen von Geschichten, weil es mich mehr anspricht als ein Online-Artikel und natürlich die Möglichkeit, so viele etablierte Designer zu treffen und mit ihnen zu sprechen.

Last semester I conducted a couple of interviews with established designers for a course and had the chance to ask about internships. I learned so much and felt very motivated afterward to improve myself. For this project, I would like to deepen that research and make a publication to share with my classmates and anyone looking for an internship or motivation to improve themselves. I especially like the interview /conversation format and the storytelling because it resonates with me more than an online article and, of course, the chance to meet and talk with so many established designers.

Fazit

What more to say than that I am proud of this project. The HyperStudent course seemed to align perfectly with my mindset from the beginning and I am very happy I got to be part of this course. I am looking forward to keep working on this project and on more projects that engage me as this one did. I feel like I got to a point where I could really enjoy the challenge. I am eager to keep improving and hope my project inspires more people to do the same.
