4 — conclusion

At the start of this course, I felt overwhelmed by time, constantly aware of how fast it was passing and how little control I had over it. While I had already considered my time management and perception, I often felt stressed about not using time „correctly.“ However, as the course progressed, I began to analyze my own perception of time more deeply and noticed how societal structures, work patterns, and technology influence my experience of it. Listening to and engaging with others in the course made me realize that I am not alone in these feelings.

During and after the course, I have found myself thinking more about time and, surprisingly, feeling a little more at ease, not just in terms of productivity, but also in terms of presence, balance, and intentionality.
